For the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists 2024 Annual Session, I designed the full suite of print and digital materials — a condensed multi-page program, event schedule, speaker bios, and a direct mail piece — all built within an existing brand system I didn't have the flexibility to redesign.

The real problem was information density: fitting a packed conference schedule and dozens of speaker bios into layouts that stayed easy to scan, without inflating page count or breaking the client's established hierarchy. Every format had to read consistently, whether someone was flipping through the printed program or checking the schedule on their phone.
